Here are 3 reasons I think you should:
Well, to keep from getting too technical, Grass-fed is the closest term most people are familiar with.
However, we want to emphasize the ENTIRETY of a healthy cows natural diet, which includes grass, but also other plant forages, such as legumes, forbs, (broadleaved plants), and other "weeds" or plants which can actually be beneficial additions to a cow's diet.
Aside from diverse pasture forage in the growing season, during the winter we supplement with organically grown hay, as well as organic crushed peas at milking, (~5 lbs/cow/day)
Studies of the BioNutrient Foundation* have preliminary findings suggesting that one of the highest determining factors for nutrient density in Beef is the number of diverse plants the cow eats. (I'm assuming that this will hold true for milk as well)

Organic standards are helpful, well-known, and inadequate. We hold ourselves beyond organic standards, which includes:
We build soil. If the soil is healthy, plants will be too. Those plants then sustain our cattle, promoting healthy, animals, and finally, delicious, nutrient dense, healthy milk, which nourishes each of us, so we can perform our work with vitality and care.
This is why we:
Every drop of milk you consume from our cows, enables us to continue stewarding this land in a way that honors the Creators plan for health and vitality.
